Suiryu receives the tournament trophy after Saitama’s disqualification, but Gouketsu and several monster crows invade the arena. Gouketsu reveals that he was once a Super Fight champion before becoming a monster under Orochi. He offers the competitors monster cells that promise enormous power at the cost of becoming inhuman. Several fighters accept and transform. Choze attacks Suiryu, who defeats him after a difficult clash and rejects Gouketsu’s offer. Gouketsu orders the crows to punish him, then personally beats him when he continues resisting. Lightning Max and Snek return to protect Suiryu and defeat the crows despite their injuries. Bakuzan, humiliated by his earlier loss, swallows several monster cells at once. He survives the transformation and becomes a powerful monster, then attacks the already wounded Suiryu. Gouketsu demonstrates the gap between them by nearly killing Bakuzan with a casual strike and warns him about stronger members of the Monster Association. Ordered to withdraw, Gouketsu leaves Bakuzan behind. Bakuzan prepares to kill Max and Snek while Suiryu desperately calls for a hero. Saitama arrives, blocks the attack, and steps between Bakuzan and the wounded fighters.
