Garou defeats the criminals and martial artists gathered by the Hero Association, sparing only Sitch so his declaration of war can be reported. At Saitama’s apartment, Genos handles housework while Saitama plays King’s handheld game. Speed-o'-Sound Sonic arrives to challenge Saitama, but Genos intercepts him, and their escalating duel threatens the neighborhood. At the same time, B-Class Rank 1 hero Fubuki visits Saitama and pressures him to join her faction. When he refuses, her subordinates attack and are immediately defeated. Fubuki uses her psychic powers, but Saitama remains unmoved and criticizes her dependence on rank and followers. Their confrontation is interrupted by Genos and Sonic’s battle. Saitama protects Fubuki from the collateral damage, stops Genos from self-destructing, and answers Sonic’s multi-image technique with rapid sideways jumps that overwhelm him. Fubuki realizes Saitama, Genos, and King form an informal circle far beyond her expectations. She admits that her older sister Tatsumaki and A-Class gatekeeper Amai Mask have shaped her fear of advancing. Meanwhile, Garou begins hunting heroes by ambushing Tank Top Vegetarian.
