Wilhelm emerges alive and delivers the killing assault, avenging Theresia and causing the copies to disappear. With the legendary mabeast defeated, Subaru immediately turns toward the Witch Cult attack that will soon strike Arlam Village. Crusch and Anastasia provide knights and mercenaries despite their casualties. Wilhelm, Felix, Ricardo, Mimi, and others join the operation, while injured soldiers and Rem remain behind. Subaru then discovers that Julius will also fight under his command.
