Subaru and Julius exchange bitter remarks but acknowledge their previous faults, forming an uneasy partnership before entering Roswaal’s forest. Subaru approaches Petelgeuse alone and uses his Witch scent to convince the archbishop that he may be the missing Sin Archbishop of Pride.
